HOW TO PARTITION YOUR COMPUTER HARD DISK

Partition is the situation where computer hard disk is being divided into different volumes. Partition is like dividing a classroom into two or three classes.

REASON WHY YOU NEED TO PARTITION YOUR SYSTEM

There are many reason for partitioning a system :

• You can partition a system to make the new volume to back up your files to avoid loss of files.

• Partitioning a system helps in case your system crash where formatting may be the only solution to it, but if u have partitioned your system, you can format only the local disk and leave the volume where you kept all your vital files that you can`t avoid to lose.

• We partition system at times to install new operating system alongside our everyday window like window 7, where u can install new users friendly window “Window Xp” Or you can decide to install professional window like Ubuntu Or Linux.

Let now get to business…

HOW TO PARTITION A SYSTEM

There are two common ways to partition a hard disk ; (1) The first method is carry out the first time when you are installing a new operating system which will in one step ask if you want to partition the disk… (2) For the second method, let assume you have already install your window but due to lack of idea about the partition you ignore it, you can as well partition your system after the window installation:

• Open the run dialog box by pressing “window key + R” on your desktop, which will bring a dialog box, then put “diskmgmt.msc” in the provided box and press “enter”.
• Right-Click on the hard disk you want to partition which is the LOCAL DISK (C).
• You can now select “shrink volume” from the menu and the utility will begin to query the hard disk for the available shrink volume but this will take some few seconds
• After which you will click on shrink and follow the instructions that follows
• After shrinking, you will see the disk space as the unallocated , right click on this and select from the menu “New Simple Volume” follow by next and you will reach a stage where you will format the new volume if you want to save your file there but you can as well choose not to format if you want to use the new partition for another Operating System
• Lastly, press finish to create the new partition and that’s all.

These are some few configuration settings I did for my techno Tv30 ;

Press Menu on your phone screen;scroll to SETTINGS;connectivity;DATA ACCOUNT;Press OPTION;ADD PS ACCOUNT;

Now you have create new account where you will insert any network Manual Configuration which were discuss earlier. Then Save. N:B : You can create has many as possible but the max. limit is 6 account. And u will have to set one as your default account for browsing which can be done by scrolling to the account you want to set as default;Press OPTION;Set As Default…

You will now go back to your phone menu, ;Scroll to SERVICES; INTERNET SERVICES;SETTINGS;SELECT PROFILE; THIS IS LEFT TO YOU, IT DEPENDS ON WHICH SIM YOU WANT TO USE TO BROWSE….

Now go back to INTERNET SERVICES;SETTINGS;DATA ACCOUNT; Here is where you will choose account out of the one you have created for each SIM.

Lastly, go back to your phone menu; Scroll to JAVA;JAVA SETTINGS;JAVA NETWORK;And select the account you want to use. THAT’S ALL ! Now browse till mama call.

NOTE ; This settings is applicable for all china phone that support java but the difference is the phone menu interface but na these procedure you will use for all….

College of Health Science of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Has been re-accredited by The Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) after a long time seize of their accreditation letter since 2011 where all medical student as from that year don't graduate from the school and other levels student like those in 200l, 300l and 400l will 300l A 300l B , 400l A 400l B and 500l A 500l B accordingly.

A statement issued by the institution Acting register Rev. Jacob Agoola dated 28 September, 2012 and titled Special release said the University management had received a letter from the medical and Dental council of Nigeria which conveyed the RE-ACCREDITATION of the University's College of Health Sciences.

According to the statement, all Medical student in 500l (A & B) are to commence lectures in Obsterics and Gynecology and 400l (A & B) are to commmence lectures in Pathology & Pharmacology while 300l (A & B) are to commence 2nd MB Lectures.
